Clinical Thermography

Which is?

A Termografia is one of the most modern methods of digital imaging diagnosis today. These thermal images generated in high resolution are images that detect the energy resulting from the organic metabolic and cardiovascular activity that is radiated through the skin and which in turn is capable of detecting numerous diseases, physiological changes of great importance , often undetected by other methods and even earlier.

There are multiple pathologies that cause significant changes in body surface temperature, thus allowing them to be objectified and diagnosed.

Clinical thermography is performed by certified and qualified professionals, in a room with a temperature strictly stabilized between 20ºC and 24ºC and takes about 15 minutes. Previously, it is necessary for the person to be examined to stabilize and adapt their body temperature to the temperature of the room, which requires between 10 and 15 minutes. Clinical thermography consists of capturing about 20 thermograms covering the entire body surface. The distance between the equipment and the person to be examined varies between 1.5 m and 3 meters.
