NLP

Which is?

NLP was born in the 1970s in California as a result of the concerns of Bandler, a specialist in mathematics, computers, and psychology, in collaboration with Grinder, professor of linguistics. The basic question of the founders of NLP was: “What is the difference that makes the difference between the successful and the unsuccessful?”.

Programming OP, a term from the computer world, refers to the mental programs that we consciously and unconsciously created ourselves and that are responsible for the way we act. N, short for Neuro, means that everything we think, feel and do is a product of what happens in our nervous system. L, refers to verbal and non-verbal language, the code that organizes and gives meaning to our neurological sensations. The way we act is directly dependent on our programs. The good news: - our mental programs are transformable!

NLP has exceptional techniques at the level of filters, at the level of transformation of convictions, restructuring of memories, total reframing of life that allow personal transformations at a much more radical level.

Talking about NLP is talking about aspects of NLP. In NLP there are several possible approaches. NLP is all of these approaches, but sometimes a particular approach is given special emphasis. Here are the main approaches to NLP:

  • Study of the structure of subjective experience, that is, study of the main processes by which we think what we think, feel what we feel and act as we act. Central to this approach is the discovery of the unconscious processes that form the totality of our sensations, thoughts and actions;

  • Modeling human excellence, assumes that what someone is capable of exceptionally accomplishing, each of us is capable of doing, provided we are willing to employ the same mental and physical strategy. In this approach, NLP focuses on building models copied from exceptional people in achieving anything, from waking up every day in a good mood to the strategy of saints and genius.

  • Communication technology with ourselves and with others, concentra-se in the processes of how we construct for ourselves messages of success or failure, of hope or despair; of how we interpret the world and how we react to others.

  • Attitude in life is summed up in taking a position: taking a seat at the front of the bus of life, behind the wheel, or going behind where the masses crowd, at the mercy of others' will and blaming others for all the ills. of our bad position. In NLP we call this being on the side of the Cause or on the side of the Effect.

  • Collection of techniques for personal transformation means finding the whole process that leads to an ever greater congruence between all parts of the Being, acting from the deepest sources of existence, growing.
